FREE WEBINAR: Right Action, Right Time, Right Place (Tuesday) 16.04.24

April 16 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm

What the attentive student will learn is an outline of how to pick a day to suit a person or event and how to get an inkling of the likely nature of the day in question. Ze Ri is a powerful combination of calculation and intuitive reasoning allowing us to time things for the best possible outcome and also to make forecasts.

1. The Stems and Branches: how the “Pillars” of the Gan Zi Cycle of 60 relate to each other, indicating the nature of a day. Students would be wise to brush up their knowledge of Stems & Branches beforehand.

2. Introducing the Twelve Daily Officers or “Clothes-Cutting Days” which suggest what is appropriate on any given day. The Officers form a straightforward cycle that is easily learned.

3. Introducing the 28 Mansions of the Moon which suggest likely moods, interactions & events. Once mastered, interpretation of the mansions is at least substantially an intuitive thing.

4. A smidgeon of Xuan Kong Da Gua which allows us to accurately match times, places, people, Hexagrams and Pillars. I will stop short of the technical.
5. A smidgeon of a smidgeon of Qi Men Dun Jia which is the most powerful method of tailoring time to person, activity and place as well as interpreting and forecasting events. A very brief overview.

Richard Ashworth has been a full-time feng shui professional for over 25 years. He is probably best known for introducing Classical feng shui to a mainstream audience on tv’s Housebusters and for his book The Feng Shui Diaries. He has worked with celebrities such as Kelly Hoppen and Naomie Harris and teaches both starter ba zi (or Four Pillars) and feng shui while mentoring past students some of whom have become quite eminent in the meantime. His approach is rooted in long term study of the material of many Chinese Masters but is also innately intuitive.
