Stress is one of the major influences on our health and implicated in heart disease, blood pressure, digestive ailments, mild depression, some cancers and generally feeling unwell. Feng shui can be employed to help us feel more relaxed at home and set up our bedroom to help us sleep well. Simon will explain his top tips for creating a healthy home and explain the feng shui behind these simple changes.
Simon is the author of The Feng Shui Bible, The Feng Shui Life Coach and Practical Feng Shui. His clients include The Body Shop, British Airways and Paris Airports. His projects include a retreat village in Italy, several airport terminals, banks and London skyscrapers such as The Heron Tower. Simon regularly teaches in Tokyo, New Delhi, Lisbon, Valencia, Denmark, Sweden and the USA. He runs his own courses in London as well as providing residential feng shui consultations since 1990.
