Biography

My background is in Human Resources and much of my professional life has been in helping business leaders transform the shape of their company and providing platforms that enable their people to develop their skills and become more effective in the workplace. I own my own HR consultancy firm Executive HR Consulting www.exechrconsulting.com

Still focussing on people but becoming more interested in health and well-being, I qualified as a Therapeutic Massage Therapist in 1999. Using a combination of massage techniques and classic aromatheraphy oils, my clients can gain real health benefits from improved blood and lymphatic circulatory systems, relief from tense muscles, tendons and connective tissue, reduced heart rate and blood pressure and improved sleep.

Branching out still further, I studied and qualified as a Feng Shui consultant in 2009 and with particular interest in astrological and environmental affects on health and well-being, I set up my own Feng Shui consultancy www.whatisfengshui.co.uk .

Drawing on all my professional experience, it is exciting to know that I can provide individuals and businesses alike, a 'rounded' assessment of their current circumstances and give simple, pragmatic and practical advice on ways to improve it.

Other details

Using Form School and Compass methods of Feng Shui, I provide the following;

Home and House-Buying Assessments:
* Survey and full report of the building and plot
* Assessment of energies approaching the property and surrounding area
* Calculate horoscope of the house and where energies sit within each room
* Advise on best ways to arrange your home (e.g. best areas for sleeping, relaxing, cooking etc)
* Calculate personal horoscope using 9-star Ki method and advise on how to maximise support for the occupants

Commercial Buildings (Offices, Restaurants, Salons/Therapy Rooms etc):
* Whether in a home-office or a small/large commercial building, I conduct a full survey, as above, and recommend how to make best use of that space (e.g MD's office, Lobby/Reception, till area, kitchen, washrooms, etc)
* Managing Director's office – where to place the desk, filing cabinets, waste paper bin, etc)
